    The public comment period of the meeting will afford interested organizations the opportunity to submit a report and/or a three-minute verbal presentation to the Committee. Participation can be in-person or virtual. Preregistration is required. The public session of the meeting will take place at 8:00 am on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at APMA Headquarters at 11400 Rockville Pike, Suite 220, Rockville, Maryland 20852. Registration closes on April 11, 2026.
