Daily Rate | $96 plus 10% VAT
Peak Daily Rate | $110 plus 10% VAT
Weekly Rate | $480 plus 10% VAT
Christmas/New Years [Dec 25 2025 - Jan 4 2026] (7 night minimum) | $770 plus 10% VAT
March (5 night minimum) | $550 plus 10% VAT
Easter [March 31 2026 - April 7 2026] & Thanksgiving [Nov 27 - Dec 1] (4 night minimum) | $440 plus 10% VAT

Upon departure, golf carts must be left in the designated parking spot. Golf carts should be left on charge, with the key(s) left inside the residence.

A $75 location fee will be billed if the golf cart is not left in the designated parking spot.
