• 2026 AUSA Board Election: Nomination Form

  • Purpose: This is the nomination form for the 2026 Election of 10 (ten) Student Elected Directors on the Adelaide University Student Association Inc (AUSA) Board.

    Nominations: open from 9am Monday 16 March - 4pm Friday 27 March.

    Polling: open from 9am Monday 4 May - 4pm Friday 8 May.

    Privacy and Confidentiality Notice

    The personal information collected in this form will only be used only for the proper administration of the election. This includes ensuring the identity and eligibility of nominees and candidates. It will be kept confidential and used only by AUSA and its agents in fulfilling these purposes. The information collected in this form will be governed by AUSA's Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure and the Data Management Policy and Procedures.

  • Candidate Personal Information

  • Format: 0400 000 000.
  • Compulsory Candidate Briefing Information

  • Authority: Pursuant to clause 15 of the Election Regulations, the Returning Officer requires all candidates to attend a compulsory candidate briefing as a condition of their nomination. Where a candidate fails to attend a compulsory briefing without being excused in writing by the Returning Officer, the Returning Offficer may treat their nomination as withdrawn.

    The granting of any alternative arrangements will be at the discretion of the Returning Officer.

  • Conditions: The compulsory candidate briefings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. To be considered as having "attended", candidates must be online during the entire session, with their camera turned on to demonstrate their presence. 

    If you believe you may have difficulty meeting these conditions, it is your responsibility to manage this.

    Only candidates and election personnel are permitted to attend these briefings.
