    THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR YOUR ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE

  • Dear Parents and Players, 

    Players and Families,

    Welcome to GetSportsFocus (GSF). We are excited to invite your athlete to register as an official GSF Athlete.

    Being a GSF Athlete means your student-athlete becomes part of the GSF development program and club system. Registered athletes are eligible to participate in GSF camps, workouts, tournaments, and club team opportunities throughout the year, especially in the off-season. It is free to be a GSF Athlete. However, some fees may apply for certain events and tournaments.

    GSF Athletes also receive first priority access to information regarding upcoming events, including:

    • GSF Skills Camps and Training Workouts
    • All-Star Camps and Showcase Events
    • Selection opportunities for GSF Travel Teams competing in regional and national competitions
    • Invitations to special GSF development programs and tournaments


    Our mission at GetSportsFocus has always been to help develop student-athletes both on and off the field while providing opportunities for exposure, competition, and growth by working with local independent coaches, trainers, or groups. Through camps, tournaments, and media coverage, GSF continues to support athletes in reaching their full potential.

    GSF has proudly operated competitive development programs for many years, including our GSF 7v7 program (now in its 9th year) and our GSF 5v5 program (entering its 6th year). These programs have helped hundreds of athletes gain valuable experience, improve their skills, and build relationships within the football community.

    By registering as a GSF Athlete, families will stay connected with everything happening within the GSF network and will have priority access to opportunities as they become available.

    We are excited to continue building a strong community of dedicated student-athletes and families who believe in development, teamwork, and leadership.

  • Photo and Video Image Release

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

    I, the undersigned, hereby grant consent, the unqualified right and hereby authorize GetSportsFocus, its owners, officers, employees, successors, assignors, and anyone acting under the authority or permission thereof, to make and copyright photographs and video ("Photographs" and "video" as used herein include any reproductions of my likeness, voice, name and/or image) and to publish, use, and distribute such photographs, video or any reproductions thereof, or my name, together or separately, anywhere, at any time and as often as desired, for any commercial, public or private purposes (including but not limited to advertising and promotion), and in any manner and by any means. I further waive all rights of inspection or approval. I acknowledge that I am at least eighteen years of age. If I am under the age of eighteen, I represent that I have obtained my parent’s/guardian's consent to enter this area, participate in this event, and be bound by the terms set forth herein. All the information provided is accurately spelled, stated, and ready to be directly copied and published on my child's GSF Unlimited Student-Athlete Profile page.

  • ATHLETIC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

    In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the GetSportsFocus athletic sports program, related events, and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: 1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and 2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE to the fullest extent permitted by law.
