By participating in the Kolbrina Fitness 8-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in fitness training, workouts, and physical activity involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, injury, illness, or other physical conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Kolbrina Fitness challenge.

2. Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in exercise. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program if I have concerns.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Kolbrina Fitness, its owner, trainers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the challenge, including but not limited to injuries or damages that may occur during workouts, training sessions, or related activities.

4. Personal Responsibility
I understand that results from the challenge are not guaranteed and depend on my personal effort, consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.

5. Media Release
I grant Kolbrina Fitness permission to use photos, videos, and testimonials taken during the challenge for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. I understand that no compensation will be provided for such use.

6. Program Commitment
I understand that the challenge runs for 8 weeks and that participation requires commitment and consistency. Any payments made for the challenge are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Kolbrina Fitness.

7. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to participate.
