  • Heartworm prevention is required, especially in the hotter months, as this serious disease is spread by mosquitoes and can be life-threatening. If you clicked no, please contact your vet before your upcoming stay with us.

  • Dogs must be on a flea and tick preventative and arrive completely free of fleas/ticks to protect all pets in our care. 

  • Vaccination Records

    For the health and safety of all dogs at Lil’ Dogs, we require proof of current vaccinations before your dog enters the building.

  • Required Vaccinations (to keep all our pups safe 🐾):

    • Rabies
    • Bordetella
    • Distemper (DHLPP)
    • Parvo
    • Leptospirosis (annual booster)

    All vaccines must be given at least 14 days before your booking start date to allow time for immunity to develop.

    Please upload your dog’s vaccination records below. We will keep them securely on file for future visits. 

    *Tip: When you visit your vet for booster shots, ask them to fax the vaccination certificate directly to us at 586-777-7793, and we will print and keep this on file for you.
