Placement Process
Placement must be approved prior to accepting a reservation fee.
Once approved, a 50% reservation fee is required to hold a rabbit.
Reservation fees are non-refundable. By submitting payment, the buyer agrees to these terms and waives the right to initiate a dispute or chargeback related to the reservation deposit. If placement does not proceed due to housing readiness, transport timing, or scheduling, the reservation fee may be transferred to a future litter.
Enclosure approval must be completed prior to final payment.
For rabbits near placement age (8 weeks), readiness is typically expected within 7–10 days of reservation. For younger rabbits reserved in advance, readiness must be completed prior to reaching placement age.
If transport is required, a future pickup date with a third-party transporter must be secured within this same 7-10 day timeframe so the rabbit's placement timeline can be confirmed, unless we have discussed something different.
For rabbits that have reached placement age (8 weeks or older), full payment is required to secure placement unless local pickup has been arranged within the approved timeframe.
If transport is required, full payment is due once a confirmed pickup date has been secured with a third-party transporter.
Balances must be completed within 48 hours of securing transport to maintain the rabbit’s placement and preparation schedule.
Transport coordination should begin prior to submitting a reservation to ensure availability within the placement timeline.
Final payment is coordinated following housing approval and confirmed transport or pickup arrangements.
Extended stays beyond the agreed pickup or transport window may incure boarding fees.
