Please note:
Requests SHOULD be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled first pitch on the day of the visit. If any requests submitted within the remaining 24 hours before the scheduled first pitch are able to be booked, an additional $25.00 late booking fee will be added. Requests are first come, first served with only one single cart ride per game. Submission does NOT guarantee cart ride. This package does not include tickets as it an add-on experience. This experience is NOT available for Children under the age of 4. Upon submission of this form, Our Mascot Coordinator will reach out to collect payment and confirm your experience. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that riding in cart/utility vehicle on field involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: collisions, uneven terrain, sudden stops, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Tulsa Drillers and its employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of my participation in the vehicle ride, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organization from any loss, liability, or costs they may incur due to my presence in or on the vehicle. 4. Compliance: I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver and staff. I acknowledge that I am riding at my own risk.
