Thank you for your interest in being part of the Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival Vendor Village. We welcome heart-centered businesses, artisans, wellness practitioners, and makers who are excited to share their offerings with our vibrant festival community.
The 2026 Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival will take place:
Friday, August 7 – Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Proud Lake Recreation Area in Commerce Township, Michigan.

Important Things to Know Before Applying:
• This is a curated vendor village, and all vendors are selected through an application process to ensure variety and high quality aligned goods and servcies. We only allow a few of each catergory into the event, on a first come first served basis. We appreciate each and every one of who has taken the time to share your gifts.
• The festival takes place outdoors in a Michigan state park and happens rain or shine.
Vendor hours are required for the full festival:
Friday | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (food vendors 7:30am)
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (food vendors - breakfast - 7:30am)
Sunday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (food vendors - breakfast - 7:30am)
• Vendors must remain open for all festival hours unless arrangements are approved in advance.
• Vendor setup takes place Thursday, August 6 (or another approved time arranged with organizers)
• Standard vendor spaces are 10x10 and vendors must bring their own tent and booth setup. If you have an odd sized tent or canopy, please choose the XL Vending Package.
• Electricity is not provided, so vendors must bring their own power if needed.
• Vendor parking is not located directly next to the vendor village, and some walking may be required. VIP passes will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis. Thank you for understanding!
• Vendor spaces are not secured until payment is received, and vendor fees are non-refundable.
