Our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care for your pet while you’re away. We offer a range of services including dog walking, pet sitting, bark park adventures, pet waste removal, and more. Please read and acknowledge the following policies before service begins. PRICING- Any and all fees will be discussed before services begin. Invoice is expected to be paid in full before services begin with a 2 day grace period. APPOINTMENTS- All appointments are scheduled in advance and we will arrive within the agreed-upon time window. Because we operate a mobile service and travel between clients, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or a previous pet requiring additional care. We will always communicate any delays as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding. CANCELLATION POLICY- We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time and travel that was reserved specifically for your pet.NO-SHOW POLICY- If no one is available at the scheduled time or our service provider is unable to access the pet as planned, the visit will be considered a missed appointment and a $50 no-show fee may be charged. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if your plans change so we can accommodate other clients.PAYMENT POLICY- Payment is due before or after completion of services. Invoice will be sent prior to the start of visits and are expected to be paid by the last day of service completion. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit card. Any outstanding balances must be resolved before future appointments can be scheduled. PET HEALTH & BEHAVIOR- Owners are required to disclose any known health issues, medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral concerns prior to the first appointment and to update us if anything changes. For the safety of your pet and our staff, services may be paused or discontinued if a pet becomes aggressive, excessively stressed, or poses a safety risk. We will always communicate any concerns with the owner promptly. Initials confirm all health and behavioral information has been disclosed. SENIOR PETS & SPECIAL NEEDS- We are happy to care for senior pets and animals with special medical needs, including medication administration. Older pets or those with medical conditions may have increased sensitivity during handling or exercise. We will always prioritize your pet's comfort and safety and may adjust or shorten a visit if we feel it is in the best interest of your pet. Any special care instructions must be provided in writing prior to service. VACCINATIONS- For the health and safety of all pets in our care, all animals must be current on required vaccinations appropriate for their species and the services being requested. By signing this agreement, you confirm that your pet is up to date on vaccinations and is healthy enough to receive the requested services. ACCIDENTS & EMERGENCIES- While every precaution is taken to ensure your pet's safety during all services including dog walking, pet sitting, and waste removal, unforeseen situations can occasionally occur. In the event of an emergency, our service provider will contact you immediately and, if necessary, will seek veterinary care on your behalf. Any veterinary expenses resulting from a pre-existing condition or the pet's own behavior will be the financial responsibility of the owner. PHOTO PERMISSION- We may photograph or video your pet during visits to update you on their day or for promotional use such as social media. No personal owner information will ever be shared publicly. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the policies outlined in this Client Service Agreement.
