- Each applicant must be a Houston Metro area resident
- Complete the online HTAA Scholarship Application
- NOTE: Reference letter and contact information is required to submit the online application.
- Applications will be scored according to the following grading rubric

4. Transcript showing cumulative GPA (CGPA) Unofficial transcript is acceptable
5. Letter of reference is required: one academic reference (on official school letterhead). Letters must be signed and saved as a PDF, not Word document. References cannot be related to the applicant.
