Purpose: This is the form to lodge all complaints or appeals raised pursuant to Clauses 27 and 30 of the Election Regulations, which govern the 2026 Adelaide University Student Association Inc (AUSA) Board Election.
Overview: Complaints will be assessed by the Returning Officer based on the information you provide and in conjunction with the Election Regulations and AUSA Constitution. Your submission must clearly state which Regulation(s) you allege have been breached and you must include clear evidence to support your claims.
Timing: Complaints must be lodged within twenty-four (24) hours of the complainant becoming aware of the relevant conduct, and in any event, no later than two (2) Academic days after the close of polling.

Privacy and Confidentiality Notice: Any personal information collected in this form will only be used only for the proper administration of the election and considering your complaints or appeals. Your name and contact information is required in order for the Returning Officer or Election Appeals Tribunal to give you updates or request additional information. The information submitted will be kept confidential and used only by AUSA and its agents in fulfilling these purposes. The information collected in this form will be governed by AUSA's Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure and the Data Management Policy and Procedures.
