For Profit Vendor (Fee-Based Participation):
A $25 registration fee is required to secure your space.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, weights, table, and chairs.
Vendors selling products must submit a valid Seller’s Permit prior to the event.
Partner/Donor (Fee Waived):
Registration fee is waived with a minimum donation of one (1) backpack filled with school supplies.
Partners/Donors may contribute additional backpacks (no maximum limit).
If no backpack is donated, the $25 vendor fee will apply.
Nonprofit Organizations:
Must submit proof of 501(c)(3) status (IRS determination letter or equivalent).
Nonprofits may choose to either donate a backpack or pay the $25 fee.
Liability Waiver & Agreement
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that participation in The Way Resource Center’s Annual Backpack Giveaway is voluntary. You assume all responsibility for your property, products, and personnel during the event.
The Way Resource Center, its staff, affiliates, and event partners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
All participants agree to comply with event guidelines, including providing required materials (e.g., tents, weights, permits, and documentation). Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
