Please note that this ballot relates only to the name of the new building. Tenants in the new building, such as Willesden Green Surgery and the pharmacy, will retain their current names.

This ballot does not propose renaming Willesden Green Surgery. It is solely to decide the name of the new site.
Residents are strictly restricted to one vote per person aged 16+.
