    Imagine if your body had been quietly trying to tell you something your whole life — why you sleep the way you do, why certain foods make you feel amazing and others leave you sluggish, why stress hits you differently than it does your friends.

    That's exactly what this assessment reveals.

    Every person is born with a unique mind-body blueprint. Ayurveda calls this your Prakriti, which simply means "your nature." There are three energies — called Doshas — that make up every human being: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Think of them like personality types for your body. Most of us have a mix of all three, but one or two usually show up more strongly — and that combination is uniquely yours.

    This isn't a test you can pass or fail. There are no good doshas or bad doshas. Each one carries its own gifts and its own tendencies.


    A few things before you begin:

    • Answer based on lifelong patterns, not just this week or month.
    • Be honest, not ideal. Answer as you are, not as you wish to be.
    • If two options feel equally true, trust your first instinct or answer both.
    • If a question feels imperfect, choose the closest match or leave it empty.


    Take a breath.
    Answer slowly.
