1. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
2. Late Arrivals
Sessions are 1 hour long and will not be extended due to lateness or interruptions caused by the client.
3. Results
I understand the results of any training program or coaching course are guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.
4. Injuries
I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I happen to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness program. I acknowledge that my Trainer (Nathan Thomas) is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of my Trainer.
5. Information Accuracy
I confirm that all information provided is correct to the best of my knowledge. I have sought and followed any necessary medical advice. All information given will be kept confidential.
