Dear Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in participating in Peek’n Peak’s 2026 Fall Fest. This year’s Fall Fest and Craft Show will take place October 10 & 11 and October 17 & 18, 2026, with event hours 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day (Saturday & Sunday).
Fall Fest offers vendors both indoor and outdoor booth opportunities. Indoor spaces are available in the Main Ski Lodge, while outdoor booths are located around the Main Ski Lodge and Annex Office.
Fall Fest Space Options
Two Weekends (availability depends on craft category)
- Inside booth space for one weekend and outside booth space for the other weekend
- Outside booth space for both weekends
- Inside for BOTH weekends *** New this year!!!
One Weekend (availability depends on craft category)
- Inside booth space for one weekend
- Outside booth space for one weekend
Crafters must provide their own setup. Electricity is not available for outdoor spaces.
Indoor booth spaces include one covered and skirted table and two chairs. Electricity and additional tables are available for indoor spaces only for an additional fee.
Vendor Fees
- $375 – 10’ x 10’ indoor space (one weekend)
- $275 – 10’ x 10’ outdoor space (one weekend)
- $900- 10' x 10' indoor space (BOTH weekends) *** New this year!!!
- +$75 – Electricity (indoor spaces only, per weekend)
- +$50 – Extra table (limit 1, indoor spaces only, per weekend)
Please note: Once paid, vendor fees are non-refundable.
Jury Process
All vendors must submit photos of their craft and booth setup for admission to the show. Photos are required from all applicants, including returning vendors.
Tax ID Requirement
To participate in Fall Fest, vendors must provide a New York State Tax ID. If you need to apply, please visit www.tax.ny.gov and file Form DTF-17.
Once accepted into the show, you will receive an Acceptance Letter. At that time, we will request your New York State Tax ID and payment.
Please do not send payment with your application. Booth spaces are not guaranteed.
Accepted vendors will receive notification and an invoice for the amount due.
Craft Guidelines
Please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting your application:
- All items you plan to display must appear in the photos submitted with your application.
- Only items handcrafted by the exhibitor are permitted.
- Kits, purchased resin items, and similar products are not allowed.
- The Fall Fest committee carefully reviews applications to ensure the event remains a true handcrafted artisan show and to eliminate buy/sell merchandise.
