Bee Sports LLC Agreements & Releases

Fee Agreement & Policies: I understand that program fees are due in full for the session at the time of registration. (2) Program fees are only refundable within the first 3 weeks from the start of the program, and can be reimbursed at a retroactive rate, which would be the full session fee minus the amount of classes already attended. (3) Students, parents, and teachers are expected to treat each other with respect at all times & follow safety protocols

Liability Release & Financial Agreement: I release Bee Sports LLC, its staff, and coaches of any liability for accident or injury that may occur while attending sports sessions, or other related activities away from or at the facility. I accept full financial responsibility for all related costs during the 2025-2026 program sessions at Bee Sports LLC. These costs include registration.

Photo Release: Images of my child, captured during regular sports sessions, trial sessions, and special activities through video, photo and digital camera, may be used solely for the purposes of Bee Sports LLC in promotional material, newsletters, websites and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership, direct for Bee Sports LLC only.
