Oaklands Mansion - Free Day in May

Free Day in May at Oaklands Mansion is a family-friendly community event celebrating local history, art, and culture.

The Boro Art Crawl is assisting Oaklands Mansion in coordinating artisan applications for this event.

Booth Details

Outdoor booth spaces:

• 10 x 10 - $50
• 10 x 20 - $85

Booth spaces are limited and first come, first served.

Setup begins at 7:00 AM
Booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM

Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
Canopies cannot be staked into the ground.
Each canopy leg must have a minimum of 30 lbs of weight.

There will be 5ft of space between each booth due to a specific fire code for the property. Guests will be able to access all 4 sides of every booth.

This is a rain or shine event.
Booth fees are non-refundable

-The VENDOR APPLICANT agrees that The Boro Art Crawl, Oaklands Assoc., Inc. and the City of Murfreesboro assumes NO responsibility or liability for any defects or other conditions of the SITES, whether the conditions are known or unknown to either party, and/or discoverable by either party.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT has considered and evaluated the risks, dangers and possibility of injury resulting from the activities described in the vendor permit application and agrees that it knows and understands that foreseeable and unforeseeable injuries could occur from the activities of the event.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT knowingly agrees to assume the risk for any and all defects, dangers and possibility of injury, whether these defects, dangers and possibility of injury are foreseeable by either party, or are known or unknown to either party.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT shall indemnify and hold The Boro Art Crawl, Oaklands Assoc., Inc. and the City of Murfreesboro and its officers, agents and employee’s harmless and free any and all claims or suit including but not limited to personal injury and property damage. This indemnification and hold harmless includes, but is not limited to, the payment of all attorney fees, expenses, costs, judgments and other expenses which may be incurred by The Boro Art Crawl, Oaklands Assoc., Inc. and/or the City of Murfreesboro, its officers, agents or employees as a result of any and all such claims or suits.

By signing this agreement, vendor agrees to comply with all state and local laws and the rules and regulations of The Boro Art Crawl, Oaklands Assoc., Inc. and the City of Murfreesboro.
