Over four weeks, students will sculpt their own clay residents, paint them with artisan details, craft tiny furniture, and assemble a beautiful glass bowl diorama to take home. Week 1: The Tiny Tenants (Clay) • The Build: Sculpting small clay toads, snails, or turtles. Week 2: Painting & Decor (Color) • The Build: Painting their clay figures once they are dry. Week 3: The Furniture Maker (Wood & Fabric) • The Build: Using popsicle sticks, twigs, and hot glue (with help) to make a tiny bench or a "leaf" bed.
