By pressing Submit, The responsible party submitting this entry certifies that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions as set forth in the North Eastern Reined Cowhorse Alliance (NERCHA) Rulebook and the National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Rulebook, including but not limited to class specifications, eligibility requirements, scratch deadlines, and applicable scratch or cancellation fees.
