1. Services
Simone Lux Creative agrees to provide the design services selected by the client, which may include but are not limited to:
• Logo Design
• Brand Identity Design
• Website Design
• Marketing Materials (flyers, business cards, templates)
All project details will be based on the client intake form submitted.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
The deposit secures the client's project in the design schedule.
The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid before final files or website launch are delivered.
Failure to complete the final payment will result in withholding of final designs and deliverables.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
Due to the time and creative work involved, all deposits are non-refundable once the project has begun.
If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revisions.
Logo Design Package: 2 revisions
Brand Identity Package: 3 revisions
Website Design Package: 3 revisions
Additional revisions may be billed at $50 per revision.
Single items : 1 revision
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all required materials including:
• business information
• brand preferences
• images or content
• timely feedback
Project timelines may be delayed if required information is not provided.
6. Ownership & Usage
Once the project is completed and the final balance is paid, the client will receive rights to the final approved design.
Simone Lux Creative reserves the right to display the work in a portfolio or for marketing purposes.
7. Project Timeline
Project timelines vary depending on the service purchased.
Estimated timelines:
Logo Design: 3–5 business days
Brand Identity: 5–7 business days
Website Design: 7- 14 business days
Timelines may vary depending on client response times and revisions.
8. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the project if communication breaks down or the terms of this agreement are violated.
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
9. Agreement Confirmation
By signing below, the client confirms they understand and agree to the terms listed above.
