Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a clear and accurate order. Once your order has been paid in full, no changes can be made. A picture will be sent to you before pick up.

Payment Policy

Due to the custom nature of each lei, full payment is required immediately after you receive your total.

Partial payments or deposits are not accepted.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of receiving your total.

Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.

Be as specific as possible. If applicable, you may provide the school name, city, and state to verify colors.

Example:
