I hereby authorize the complete repair of my vehicle by Peak Auto Solutions, once approved by my insurance provider. I understand and agree:

Peak Auto Solutions is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or any items inside it due to theft, fire, natural disaster, or other causes beyond their control.

I grant permission to Peak Auto Solutions and its employees to operate, test, deliver, inspect, and transport my vehicle as necessary.

I acknowledge that Peak Auto Solutions is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or movement of the vehicle for bodywork or service-related tasks. understand that additional damage may be discovered after teardown and authorize Peak Auto Solutions to request insurance supplements as needed. Repairs will not proceed without appropriate authorization. Parts listed in the estimate are not available or can be repaired safely, I authorize Peak Auto Solutions to proceed with repairs in compliance with insurance policy guidelines.
