How did you hear about volunteering at the Whatcom Museum?
We ask that volunteers pay for and pass a Washington State criminal background check before volunteering. Background checks are $19. Are you willing to complete this process? If you wish to volunteer but cannot afford to pay for your background check, we have a limited number of stipends available to cover the cost each year. We unfortunately do not have anymore stipends available for the 2026 fiscal year, but we have a waitlist for stipend requests in 2027.
