    Cancellations received before the penalty period begins will receive a full refund.

    “No-show” upon departure or breaking of Cruise Package (disembarkation prior to termination of the voyage) shall be considered as a cancellation
    made on the day of departure subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

    No refund will be permitted if a guest terminates their cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress. Cruise contracts are non-
    transferable. Group Cruise Moves are not permitted and will be considered a cancellation.

    Cancellation charges are assessed on the total fares, which include cruise fare, air-add-on, hotel packages, and any other additional service
    arranged through Royal Caribbean.

  • NOTES:

    Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.


    When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

     

    We recommend starting your flight search about 9 months before the event. Many travel websites offer price alerts that notify you when fares decrease, helping you secure the best rate.

     

    Please plan to arrive in Miami on or before March 27, 2027, before or by 12:00 PM at the latest to give yourself ample time and avoid any stress from potential delays. The ship is scheduled to depart at 4:00 PM, departing from Miami Cruise Port, 2200 N Cruise Blvd., Miami, Florida 33132. Your return flight should be scheduled out of Miami on April 3, 2027. We will disembark the ship by 7:00 AM, so please plan accordingly for your return travel.  The airport code for Miami International Airport is MIA.

     

    For added convenience and peace of mind, we strongly encourage arriving in Miami one day before the cruise. If a sufficient number of guests decide to arrive the day before the cruise, I can also assist with reserving your hotel accommodations by coordinating a group hotel room block to secure special group pricing for our family. I will reach out to you regarding hotel accommodations. 

    Multiple-Occupancy Staterooms Clause:For bookings with three or more passengers, regardless of age, a minimum cancellation fee of $100 per passenger will apply for each passenger cancelled but not replaced, including infants under two years of age, for cancellations made within 60 days of the departure date.

     

    PREGNANCY
    Guests who are pregnant are required to submit the Accessibility & Medical Requests Form available online at least 30 days before sailing. Royal Caribbean vessels do not have medical facilities for pre-natal or neonatal care nor facilities or equipment for childbirth. Therefore, for safety reasons, we cannot admit passengers on board who will have exceeded 23 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy at any point during their cruise. Regardless of the stage of pregnancy, a doctor should be consulted before setting off on a cruise to evaluate whether the guest is fit to travel. Pregnant guests must provide all required medical documentation as outlined in Booking Terms & Conditions available online.

    SERVICE CHARGES (GRATUITIES)

    If Service Charges are not pre-paid, Services Charges (Gratuities) will be added to the guest’s on-board account during the sailing. No Service Charges will be applied for children under the age of 2 years old. Pricing is subject to change.

     

    ATTENTION: TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

    It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents for the entire cruise vacation and have them available when necessary. Please check with your travel agent, government agency, Embassy or Consulate to ensure that you have all the proper documentation to board the ship and enter each of the countries on your cruise. Guests without proper travel documentation will be denied boarding.

    Travel restrictions for each destination country may vary according to a Guest's citizenship. No refunds or other compensation will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.


    Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

      1. What is included in the cruise price?
      Your cruise fare includes:

      Your stateroom accommodations
      Meals in main dining rooms, buffets, and select casual dining venues
      Entertainment such as shows, live music, comedy, and theater performances

      Youth and teen programs
      Most onboard activities


      Specialty dining, alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, spa services, and gratuities are typically not included unless added to your booking.


      2. How much is the deposit to book?
      Deposits vary depending on the sailing and stateroom category. For most cruises with Royal Caribbean, deposits typically range from $25–$500 per person.

      Your travel advisor will confirm the exact amount before booking.


      3. Do I need a passport?
      For closed-loop cruises (leaving and returning to the same U.S. port), U.S. citizens can usually travel with:

      A valid passport OR
      Birth certificate + government-issued ID


      However, a passport is strongly recommended for international travel.


      4. When is the final payment due?
      Final payment is typically due 90 days before sailing, but this can vary depending on the itinerary and promotion.

      Your travel advisor will provide a payment schedule to help you stay on track.


      5. Can I make monthly payments?
      Yes! You can make flexible payments toward your cruise at any time before the final payment deadline.

      Many travelers choose to make monthly payments to make the trip more manageable.


      6. Are gratuities included?
      Daily gratuities are not automatically included in most cruise fares. They can be:

      Added to your booking in advance
      Paid onboard during your cruise
      Gratuities go toward the hardworking crew members who provide excellent service throughout your trip.

      Online check-in opens about 45 days before sailing through the Royal Caribbean International or website.

      During check-in you will:

      13. Can I bring drinks onboard?
      Guests may usually bring one sealed 750ml bottle of wine or champagne per adult in their carry-on luggage on embarkation day.

      Other beverages may be restricted.


      14. Is Wi-Fi available on the ship?
      Yes. Internet packages are available for purchase. Options include:

      One device plan
      Multiple device plans
      Packages can be purchased before sailing or onboard.


      15. What time do I need to arrive at the port?
      Arrival times are scheduled during online check-in. It is important to arrive during your assigned check-in window for a smooth boarding process.

  • Disclosure and Consent

    ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is per person based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms/cabins may be smaller than doubles. We will try to match roommates, we cannot guarantee a roommate will be available. Roommates may be assigned as late as 30 days prior to departure and, if one is not available or you request a single room, the following single supplement charges apply: 200% of Cabin Fare. Single rooms/cabins are extremely limited and subject to confirmation.

    PREGNANCY/INFANT/CHILD REGULATIONS As to pregnancy, a woman cannot have begun her 24th week of pregnancy at any time before or during the cruise. If you are pregnant, please provide a medical note upon arrival at the pier for check-in from your physician stating your expected due date and medical fitness to travel. If you are in the 24th week or have completed it you will not be allowed to board.

     We assume no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. We do not own or operate any of the suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold us harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.

    We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. We will always notify you in such an event.

     

    Prices will not increase after you make a deposit or full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. 

    By signing below, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of the conditions applicable to your purchase and by signing your name and initials you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and the information disclosed.
