We are highlighting the local bar and surrounding businesses in the area as well.

Please ensure all information entered is spelled correctly in order for a seamless process.
Once vendor application has been completed, it is reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
Only 1 type of each business niche will be accepted!

If accepted, you will receive payment confirmation email with event details.

Vendor fee is due within 24 hours of submitting this form.
If payment is unpaid by the deadline, spot will be offered to the next business in your category.

Vendor Fee: $40 (10x10 space)
All fees are nonrefundable. If event is rescheduled/cancelled due to weather or unpredictable circumstances, your payment is applied to a vendor spot at a future event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AT END OF THE FORMS!

Set-up: Your email will have set up details.
Any necessary canopy, tables, chairs etc you must provide for yourself. This is an outdoor event.
Maintain your area in a clean and organized manner for the duration of the event.
Clean-up: Must leave the space exactly as it was before set-up or better.

Raffle Donations (Optional but Appreciated) We will have raffles during the event, tickets will be given at event and would love for vendors to consider donating something from their business. This can be a product, service, gift card, basket, etc. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and helps create excitement for attendees. There will be a designated raffle table where donated items can be placed when you arrive.*

AWARDS & RAFFLES

Set to be presented at 3:00pm (subject to change)

🎟️ Raffle Tickets will be given at event, raffle prizes are donated items/services from our vendors, car clubs & solo rider attendees.
To participate & offer a contribution to our raffle prizes, details will be in your confirmation email after registration payment is received.

As a vendor you will give a ticket to each customer you get (I will provide tickets to you)

PHOTO/MEDIA RELEASE

By registering, participants understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes by the event host.

CLEAN UP/EVENT COURTESY

By registering, participants understand that they are responsible for maintaining the surrounding area around their cars/setup in a clean and orderly manner in order to keep the grounds free and clear of debris. The event hosts and venue are greatly appreciative of your cooperation to have a successful event.

LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participants understand they are responsible for their own vehicle and belongings. Event organizers and venue are not responsible for damages, theft, or accidents during the event.

SET UP DETAILS

Event is to begin punctually at 12PM. Vendor setup time is 10AM-11AM

The designated vendor section will be difficult to get into after 11AM due to cars arriving at 11AM.

Please prepare to stay for the entire duration of the event. You are greatly appreciated!

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO AVOID ANY SETUP ISSUES!

PAYMENT DETAILS:

Reminder: Your $40 registration fee must be paid within 24 hours of submitting this registration form. If fee is not received by the deadline, your registration spot is not confirmed and priority will be given to the next vendor in line that is in the same category as yours.
Each completed payment will receive a confirmation email (double check your email address) along with set-up and roll in details.

If there is already a business registered in your same category, you will receive a refund and a refund explanation email.
