1.Due to limited space, slots will be awarded on first come first served basis.

2.Submission due date, 12/ 06 / 2026 (Friday)unless all 16 slots filled.

3.Registration will close earlier if slots are filled up.

4.SSFA & VJS SHOULD NOT be held responsible for any injuries sustained at any time by participants or officials arising from their Participants in the tournament.

5.All team and team players must adhere to the Tournament rules and regulations. (Will be sent to Team Manager/Captain via Whatsapp)

6.It is mandatory for all players to fill up the idemnity form section as shown above.

7.Registration is only complete & valid when registration payment is made.
