    Please complete the form to register as a Food Vendor for the 2026 WV Country Roads Festival, September 18-20, 2026,

    As a vendor at the WV Country Roads Festival, it is expected that your booth hours reflect the working hours of the festival (Friday 3pm – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 8pm, Sunday 9am – 5pm). Under no circumstances will you be permitted to pack up or disassemble your booth prior to the end of the day, as it may create a domino effect.

    Early set up will be Thursday September 17th from 12pm - 6pm. If you cannot set up early, or prefer not to participate in the early set-up, you will be required to be set up no later than 1pm on Friday September 18th. Special circumstances can be arranged only with prior approval by the festival.

    If any special accommodations are needed, please make those known prior to the event!!!

     

    NOTICE: A WV BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY AND MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED AT YOUR BOOTH IN ORDER TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS AT THE FESTIVAL

    We are planning to have as many vendors as possible. If you are going to participate, please respond ASAP.

    SPACES ARE LIMITED.

    FEES: $150.00 – all 3 days of the festival

    Camping is available for an additional $25.00 per night. Includes electric/water hook-up. Fill out the separate “Camping Registration” form on the website.

    **Required electrical voltage (110v or 220v) must be submitted to the festival. 220v is limited.

    **Vendors must be in compliance with all State and County health code provisions, and must comply with all, and any health regulations or applicable ordinances. Vendors are responsible for contacting the Wetzel-Tyler Health Department at 304-337-2001 for any permits or regulations.

    **Vendors are required to observe and abide by all, and any fire regulations and safety laws set by State and County Fire to ensure the safety of all participants. Each vendor is responsible for the required fire extinguishers.

    **Vendors will be required to keep their area clean during the festival and will be responsible for leaving a clean area at the close of the festival. Please place all trash in the trash receptacles provided.

    **Vendors shall always exhibit professionalism. If a problem arises, it is to be brought to staff’s attention immediately. Vendors (and their employees) will be expected to have a respectful demeanor. Any exhibit of disruptive behavior to the attendees, other vendors, or staff will result in expulsion from the festival without a refund. Any issues or disputes will be resolved by the festival Directors, and their decision will be FINAL.

    **Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. The WV Country Roads Festival is not liable for lost, stolen, or broken items.

    **The festival reserves the right to prohibit the display of any article that, in its sole discretion, is not in keeping with the nature and character of the event.

     Food / descriptions must be included on the registration form.

     If you carry your own liability insurance, please include a copy of the declaration page with your application.

     WV Country Roads Festival is not responsible for any taxes for foods sold by vendors.

     BY SIGNING, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THE CONTRACT.
     

    ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

     

    PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH REGISTRATION.

     

    Keep this contract for your records.

     

    If mailing registration, please print and return the completed registration form and a copy of liability insurance, if applicable, with your payment.

    NO POST-DATED CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
     

     REMEMBER: YOUR SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED.

     If any issues arise during the festival, please contact David Crawford, President of the festival, at (304) 532-4589. If you are unable to reach him, please contact any of the festival’s Board members for assistance. We will do all we can to take care of any issues that arise.
