1. กำหนดการและสถานที่ / Date and Venue
วันที่จัดการแข่งขัน (Date): 9 – 10 พฤษภาคม 2569 (May 9 – 10, 2026)
สถานที่ (Venue): สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารเบตง จังหวัดยะลา (Betong Bus Terminal, Yala Province)

2.คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร / Participant Qualifications
ผู้สมัครเข้าแข่งขันต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้ (Applicants must meet the following criteria):
2.1เกณฑ์อายุ (Age Requirement):เป็นเด็กที่มีอายุระหว่าง 2 – 13 ปีบริบูรณ์ (Children aged between 2 – 13 years old.) เกณฑ์การคำนวณอายุ (Age Calculation): ทุกรุ่นการแข่งขันจะใช้เกณฑ์อายุ ณ เดือนเมษายน 2569 เป็นตัวกำหนด (The participant's age as of April 2026 will be used to determine the competition category.)
2.2สุขภาพร่างกาย (Physical Health):มีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์ และสามารถเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาได้ (Must be in good health and physically fit to participate in sports competitions.)
2.3การยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง (Parental Consent):ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (Must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.)
ผู้สมัครและผู้ปกครองต้องยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามกฎและระเบียบของการแข่งขันทุกประการ (Applicants and guardians must agree to and strictly follow all competition rules and regulations.)
3.ประเภทการสมัครและค่าธรรมเนียม / Registration Types & Fees
3.1. ประเภทเหมาจ่าย (Buffet Package)
ราคา 1,999 บาท (Price: 1,999 THB)
สามารถสมัครแข่งขันได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนรุ่น โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามรุ่นการแข่งขันนั้นๆ
(Unlimited race categories, provided the participant meets the age and qualification requirements for each.)
3.2. ประเภทราคาปกติ (Standard Rate)
ค่าสมัครรุ่นแรก (First Category): 690 บาท (690 THB)
สมัครเพิ่มรุ่นถัดไป (Additional Categories): 390 บาท/รุ่น (390 THB per category)
หมายเหตุ: รุ่นหลักแบ่งเป็นประเภทสนาม Drag (1 รุ่น) และประเภทสนาม Race (1 รุ่น)
(Note: Main categories include 1 Drag Race and 1 Circuit Race.)
3.3. ประเภทนักเรียนในพื้นที่ (Local Student Rate)สำหรับนักเรียนในเขตอำเภอเบตง และนักเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) จังหวัดยะลา
(For students in Betong District and those under Local Administrative Organizations in Yala Province.)
ค่าสมัคร (Registration Fee): 300 บาท/รุ่น (300 THB per category)
สมัครเพิ่มรุ่น (Additional Categories): 300 บาท/รุ่น (300 THB per category)
หมายเหตุ: ต้องแนบหนังสือรับรองจากสถานศึกษา (A school certification letter is required.)
4.เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร / Required Documents
ผู้สมัครต้องเตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้ในรูปแบบไฟล์ดิจิทัล (Please prepare the following documents):
4.1สำเนาสูติบัตร (Copy of Birth Certificate)
4.2รูปถ่ายนักกีฬา (Participant's Photo)
4.3หนังสือรับรองจากโรงเรียน (School Certification Letter)เฉพาะผู้สมัครราคานักเรียนในพื้นที่ (Only for Local Student Rate applicants)

เงื่อนไขพิเศษ: รุ่น Beginner / Special Conditions: Beginner Category
สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับนักแข่งสัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น (Reserved for Thai Nationals Only)
เงื่อนไขพิเศษรุ่น Beginner (เฉพาะนักแข่งสัญชาติไทย)
ต้องเข้าเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ดังนี้:
1.ไม่เคยแข่งขันมาก่อน
2.เคยแข่งมา 1 – 6 สนาม (รวมสนามเบตงเป็นสนามที่ 7)
3.เคยแข่งมากกว่า 7 สนาม แต่ไม่เคยได้รับถ้วยรางวัลลำดับที่ 1-3
หมายเหตุ: ต้องตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติด้วยตนเอง หากมีการทักท้วงต้องแจ้งก่อนการแบ่งสายแข่งขันเท่านั้น
กฎกติกาการแข่งขัน
1. อนุญาตเฉพาะจักรยาน Balance Bike ขนาด 12-นิ้ว เท่านั้นที่สามารถแข่งขันได้
2. การแข่งขันสามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทุกแบรนด์
3.นักแข่งทุกคนต้องมี Balance Bike เป็นของตัวเอง ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้จักรยานร่วมกัน
4. ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องสวมหมวกนิรภัย ที่ได้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
5. นักแข่งทุกคนต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎ ถ้าไม่เช่นนั้นนักแข่งจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ไม่ให้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน
6.ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ปกครองเข้าพื้นที่สนามการแข่งขัน และห้ามผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ติดตามที่อยู่ด้านหลังจุดปล่อยตัว ส่งเสียงดัง หรือให้สัญญาณใด ๆ ขณะมี เสียงสัญญาณปล่อยตัว (Start Signal) หากมีการกระทำที่อาจส่งผลต่อการแข่งขัน คณะกรรมการมีสิทธิ์พิจารณาเตือนหรือดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม
7. อนุญาตให้ผู้ปกครองเข้าไปตรงที่ปล่อยตัวและเส้นชัยในพื้นที่ที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
8. เสียงสัญญาณออกตัวจะเป็นเสียงมาตรฐานเสียงเดียวกัน จาก RCS2013
9. ห้ามยกล้อหน้าของรถขณะรอฟังเสียงสัญญาน ห้ามยกข้ามก่อนเสียงสัญญานเปิด ล้อหลังสามารถลอยจากพื้นได้
10. หลังเสียงสัญญานออกตัว ให้วิ่งอยู่ในเส้นทางของตัวเอง จนเลยระยะ 2 เมตรถึงจะเปลี่ยนเลนได้
11. หากล้อของจักรยานเหยียบหรือทับเส้นสีเหลืองที่กำหนดไว้ในสนาม จะถือว่าเป็นการฟาวล์ ในรอบคัดเลือก ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะถูก ปรับอันดับลง 3 อันดับ จากลำดับที่เข้าเส้นชัย ในรอบชิงชนะเลิศ หากเกิดการฟาวล์ดังกล่าว ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะถูก จัดลำดับเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายของรอบนั้น
12. ในรุ่น beginner ผู้ปกครองไม่สามารถนำน้องได้
13. รุ่น Beginner แข่งขันไม่เกิน 6 สนาม (สนามนี้สนามที่ 7 ยังลงแข่งขันได้) และนักแข่งที่ไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ อันดับ 1-3 มาก่อน ผู้ปกครองในรุ่นเดียวกันจะเป็นคนตรวจสอบ ก่อนจับสายการแข่งขัน ฝ่ายจัดจะไม่ตรวจสอบให้ จนถึงเวลาจับสายการแข่งขัน ถ้าสายการแข่งขันออกแล้ว ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกกรณี
14. รุ่น Beginner นักกีฬาที่จะปิดสนามสุดท้าย (สนามที่ 7) จะนับจำนวนสนาม ณ วันที่ลงสมัครงาน URB ก่อนเป็นหลัก จากนั้นนักกีฬาสามารถไปเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันรายการอื่นก่อนได้ หากวันแข่งขันงานอื่นจัดก่อนงานนี้ได้โดยไม่นับจำนวนสนามเพิ่ม
15. การเบียดปะทะระหว่างการแข่งขัน ดูจากเจตนาว่าเป็นการตั้งใจทำร้ายนักกีฬา หรือตั้งใจให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุจะถือเป็นการฟาวล์
16. การชนตรงกลางรถ ตอนเลี้ยวโค้ง ถือว่าเป็นเจตนาทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ ถือเป็นการฟาวล์
17. นักแข่งจะถึงเส้นชัยเมื่อขอบยางหน้าของจักรยานถึงเส้นชัย
18. การดูกล้องจากการฟาวล์ต่างๆ จะยึดกล้องของเจ้าหน้าที่สนามเพียงตัวเดียวเท่านั้น
19. เหตุทะเลาะวิวาทในบริเวณสนามแข่งขัน เช่น การด่ายั่วยุ หรือการชกต่อย ทำร้ายร่างกาย นักกีฬาจะถูกห้ามการแข่งขันจำนวน 5 สนามของทุกการแข่งขันในเครือข่าย และปรับเงินจำนวน 30,000 บาท *กรณีค่าเสียหายมากกว่า 30,000 บาทจะถูกดำเนินคดีทางกฏหมายต่อไป **กรณีไม่จ่ายค่าเสียหายจะหมดสิทธิ์การแข่งขันในรายการต่างๆในเครือข่ายทุกรายการ การปรับจะปรับทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย
20. คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการการตัดสินถือเป็นเด็ดขาด

การแข่งขันแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภทหลัก
1.Drag Race (ระยะทาง 50 เมตร)
2.Race Track (สนาม Circuit ไม่เกิน 350 เมตร)
กติกาการแข่งขันประเภท Drag Race (ระยะทาง 50 เมตร)
--------ระบบการแข่งขัน--------
การแข่งขันประเภท Drag Race เป็นการแข่งขันแบบ จับเวลา (Time Trial) ในระยะทาง 50 เมตร
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนจะทำการแข่งขันทั้งหมด 2 รอบ โดยจะนำ เวลาที่ดีที่สุด (Best Time) ของแต่ละคนมาพิจารณาผลการแข่งขัน
--------รอบชิงชนะเลิศ----------
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ทำเวลาได้ดีที่สุด 8 อันดับแรก จะผ่านเข้าสู่รอบชิงชนะเลิศ (Final Round) การแข่งขันรอบชิงชนะเลิศจะทำการแข่งขันแบบ Head to Head Elimination เพื่อหาผู้ชนะในลำดับ 1-8

· 3rd Place
· 4th Place
กติกาการแข่งขันประเภท Race (Beginner / Pro Race / Half Year / Open)การแข่งขันประเภท Race Track จะทำการแข่งขันในสนาม Circuit ระยะทาง ไม่เกิน 350 เมตร
-------การแบ่งสายการแข่งขัน----------
ผู้จัดการแข่งขันจะทำการ แบ่งสายการแข่งขัน (Race Grouping) ล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนการแข่งขัน และจะประกาศ Route to Champion หรือเส้นทางการแข่งขันของนักกีฬา ล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนการแข่งขัน ทางเพจ Facebook Betong balance bike BBB ขาไถเบตง

การแข่งขันจะดำเนินตามระบบ Elimination Race โดยจะมีการแข่งขันในรอบต่าง ๆ เช่น
· Qualification Round
· Consolation Round
· Semi Final
· Final Round
จนกระทั่งได้ผู้ชนะในแต่ละรุ่น
--------------รางวัลการแข่งขัน--------------
นักกีฬาที่ทำผลงานได้ดีที่สุด 8 อันดับแรก ของแต่ละรุ่นการแข่งขัน จะได้รับถ้วยรางวัล (Trophy) โดยแบ่งเป็น
· Champion (อันดับ 1)
· 2nd Place (อันดับ 2)
· 3rd Place (อันดับ 3)
· 4th Place (อันดับ 4)
· 5th – 8th Place (อันดับ 5 – 8)
สิ่งที่นักแข่งทุกคนจะได้รับ:
1. ป้ายติดรถมีชื่อนักแข่ง ( Bib Riders )
2. เสื้อที่ระลึกประจำงานแข่ง (Shirt collection)
3. เกียรติบัตร (Certificate)
4. ถ้วยรางวัล (Finisher)

Competition Rules and Regulations
General Rules
1.Only 12-inch Balance Bikes are allowed to participate in the competition.
2.All brands of Balance Bikes are permitted.
3.Each rider must use their own Balance Bike. Sharing bicycles between riders is not allowed.
4.All riders must wear a certified safety helmet during the competition.
5.All riders must follow the competition rules.
6.Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event.
7.Parents are not allowed inside the race track area.
8.Parents or guardians standing behind the start line must not shout, signal, or make any noise when the start signal is given.If any behavior affects the competition, the officials reserve the right to issue a warning or take appropriate action.
9.Parents are allowed to enter only the designated start and finish areas.
10.The start signal will follow the standard RCS2013 start sound system.
11.Riders must not lift the front wheel over the starting line before the start signal.
12.The rear wheel may be lifted from the ground.
After the start signal, riders must stay in their own lane for at least 2 meters before changing lanes.
13.If a rider’s wheel touches or crosses the yellow line, it will be considered a foul.
14.In qualification rounds, the rider will be penalized by dropping 3 positions from the finishing order.
15.In the final round, the rider will be ranked last in that round.
16.Riders may participate in other competitions before this event without affecting their eligibility.
17.Intentional pushing or dangerous contact that aims to cause harm or accidents will be considered a foul.
19.Side collisions during cornering that intentionally cause accidents will be considered a foul.
20.A rider is considered to have finished when the front tire crosses the finish line.
21.Video review for fouls will rely only on the official race camera.
22.Any fighting, verbal abuse, or physical assault within the race venue will result in:Suspension from 5 races across all affiliated events,Fine of 30,000 THB
If damages exceed 30,000 THB, further legal action may be taken.If compensation is not paid, the rider will be banned from all network competitions.Both parties involved will be subject to penalties.
23.All decisions made by the race officials are final.
Competition Categories
The competition consists of two main race formats:
1.Drag Race (50 meters)
2.Race Track (Circuit course up to 350 meters)
Drag Race Rules (50 meters)
Competition Format, Drag Race is a Time Trial competition over a distance of 50 meters.
Each rider will complete two runs, and the best time will be used to determine the ranking.
-Final Round
The top 8 riders with the fastest times will advance to the Final Round. The final round will be conducted as a Head-to-Head Elimination Race to determine final placements. 1-8 Trophies

Race Track Rules(Beginner / Pro Race / Half Year / Open) Race Track competitions are held on a Circuit course with a maximum distance of 350 meters.
Race Grouping
The organizer will announce race groupings 7 days before the competition.

Race Format The competition will follow an Elimination Race format, consisting of multiple rounds such as:
• Qualification Round
• Consolation Round
• Semi Final
• Final Round
Until the winners of each category are determined.
Awards
The top 8 riders in each category will receive trophies.
Awards include:
• Champion (1st Place)
• 2nd Place
• 3rd Place
• 4th Place
• 5th – 8th Place
