This event will bring together graduating seniors and their families to participate in the Graduation Spotlight Photo Experience, to explore other graduation celebration services, and tour the venue for potential graduation parties and private events.

A limited number of featured businesses will be selected to ensure curated, high-quality experience for families and graduates.

Featured Business Participation

Approved vendors will receive:

• One vendor display space
• Opportunity to connect with graduating families
• Inclusion in event marketing

Featured Business Participation Fee: $50

 

Vendor Display Guidelines
• Maximum table size: 6 ft
• Professional presentation required
• Sampling permitted for food vendors
• Vendors should remain set up during event hours

Each participating vendor will be provided with one (1) 6-foot table in their 8' wide x 10' long assigned vendor area. (Additional display items must fit within your assigned vendor area and may not interfere with walkways or neighboring vendors.)

Please describe how you plan to use your table and note any additional display items you plan to bring (for example: tabletop displays, banner stands, product racks, small sample stations, etc.).

 

To ensure a cohesive event experience, Styled by Tricia will serve as the exclusive event designer for this showcase. Vendors providing décor services such as balloons, backdrops, or event styling will not be included.
