1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 8th April 2026 (Wednesday). Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

2) DSA Last Event Withdrawal Date with NO REFUND/PENALTY: 16th April 2026 (Thursday), 12:00PM.

3) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

4) NO penalty shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
