Dear Parent / Guardian, Welcome to the Grace and Growth Sports Programme. Sport lessons are an extra-mural activity facilitated through Grace and Growth, a recreational sports initiative created for homeschooling families to give children the opportunity to participate in structured physical activity.

Sports sessions are conducted by a professional external Sports Academy that provides qualified coaches and structured lessons for the children.

Lessons focus on developing:
-Movement and coordination
-Fitness and agility
-Gross motor development
-Teamwork and sportsmanship
-Confidence and social interaction

Children are introduced to a variety of sports and physical activities in a fun and encouraging environment.

Fees & Payment Agreement
I understand that:

-Fees are payable monthly as agreed
-Payment must be made on the last day of each month
-My child will not be permitted to participate if fees are outstanding
-Once enrolled, I accept responsibility for payment of all fees as agreed
-A months notice is required should my child discontinue lessons

Yearly Registration & Sports Kit Fee:

R280 per child per year
(Includes programme registration and sports kit)

Monthly Coaching Fee:
R300 per child per month

Sports sessions take place once per week during the school term calendar.
General Terms and Conditions
The sports programme is an optional activity organised for homeschooling families.
Coaching and instruction are provided by an independent Sports Academy, which supplies coaches and manages the sports lessons.
Sessions take place once per week during school terms.
Monthly fees are payable in advance by the last day of each month.
A minimum of one calendar month written notice is required should a child withdraw from the sports programme.

In the event of rain or unsuitable weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled where possible, but no refunds or reductions of fees will apply.
Grace and Growth organisers and coaches are not responsible for supervision of children before or after their scheduled sports session.

Parents are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are collected promptly after sessions. Also encouraged to stay and watch.

Please make sure the sports Kit is worn at every lesson.

Acknowledgement and Indemnity
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the Grace and Growth Homeschool Sports Programme.
I understand that sports activities involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless:
Grace and Growth, its organisers and representatives, The Sports Academy, its coaches, employees, and representatives against any claims arising from injury, loss, damage, or death which may occur while my child is participating in the sports programme or attending sports activities, howsoever caused.

I aknowledge and agree that I am responsible for payments in full and that a calendar months notice will be given should I need to withdrawl my child.
