Downtown Berkley on Robina Ave and Griffith Ave, just south of 12 Mile Road.

 

Vendor Booth Types

Please apply under the category that best describes your organization.

• Promotional Vendor ($100)
  For businesses or organizations looking to promote or sell products, services, or brand materials. We especially welcome LGBTQ+ owned businesses and allies who support and celebrate the Pride community.

• Berkley DDA Business (Free)
  Available to businesses located within the Downtown Berkley footprint: on 12 Mile Road between Coolidge and Greenfield, or on Coolidge Highway between 12 Mile and 11 Mile. This option is reserved for brick-and-mortar businesses operating within the Berkley DDA district.

• Non-Profit Vendor (Free)
  Reserved for registered charitable or non-profit organizations that provide community services, education, outreach, or advocacy. Proof of nonprofit status may be requested.

Vendor Expectations

• Vendors must provide their own 10’ x 10’ tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.
• Tent weights are required for safety.
• Electricity is not available at this event.
• Berkley Pride is a family-friendly event, and a large portion of attendees are youth and families with children under 18. Vendor displays, products, signage, and language should be appropriate for a general audience. Vulgar content, explicit materials, or profanity should not be displayed.

Setup

• Setup time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Booths must be fully set up and ready by 12:45 PM.
• A vendor map and booth placement details will be sent the week prior to the event.
• Booth locations will be marked with chalk numbers on the street.

During the Event

• Vendors must be present and open for the entire event (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
• Early breakdowns are not permitted. 

Vehicles & Tear Down

• All setup vehicles must be removed by 12:00 PM.
• Tear-down begins at 5:00 PM.
• Vendors must clean their booth area and vacate the street by 6:00 PM.

Additional Information

Failure to follow vendor guidelines may impact participation in future Downtown Berkley events. Please note that submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be refunded in full.

Your submission of this application form constitutes an agreement that the Berkley Downtown Development Authority or any of its agents will not be held responsible for damage to or loss of work or personal property or personal injury. It also means that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions for participation. The Downtown Development Authority also reserves the right to limit or remove any objectionable work or signage displayed. Your application does not guarantee entry into the event.
