By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the student(s) listed above and agree to submit a Seat Saver Deposit of $500 per student payable to GPA PMA via Zelle.

This deposit secures the student’s place for the 2026–2027 academic year and will be applied toward tuition. Final enrollment is subject to completion of the required 2026-2027 GPA Enrollment paperwork.

The deposit is refundable only if GPA determines that the student requires services that GPA does not provide. In all other circumstances the deposit is non-refundable.
