Application Review & Vendor Agreement

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the marketplace. All applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the event’s vision, product categories, and overall vendor mix.

The marketplace is curated in order to provide attendees with a high-quality and balanced shopping experience. As a result, vendor selection may be based on factors including product category, brand presentation, originality, professionalism, and space availability.

Once the review process is complete, applicants will be notified via email regarding their acceptance status. Approved vendors will receive additional event details, participation guidelines, and payment instructions to confirm their space.

Approved vendors must arrive during the designated setup window and complete booth setup prior to the official opening of the marketplace. Vendors are expected to remain fully set up and actively operating for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown or closing prior to the official end time is not permitted unless approved by the event organizer.

Each approved vendor booth may include up to three (3) working staff members. All booth staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and represent their brand respectfully throughout the event.

Vendor participation requires a booth fee upon acceptance. Booth spaces are not confirmed until the required payment has been received by the event organizers.

Vendors must operate within the booth space assigned to them by the event organizers and may not expand beyond their designated area without prior approval.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and understand that acceptance is not guaranteed and that all vendor selections are made at the discretion of the event organizers.
