Equipment Borrow Request Form
As part of the Downtown Waterloo district, businesses are eligible to borrow equipment, supplies, etc. from Main Street Waterloo.

Requests will be reviewed and accepted on a first come first serve basis. The borrower will be held responsible for maintaining proper care for items borrowed, with responsibility to handle lost, broken, or damaged items while leased.
