I understand that participation in calisthenics training, strength training, and related physical activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, falls, equipment failure, serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
By participating in activities organized by Core Calisthenics LLC, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Core Calisthenics LLC, its owners, instructors, volunteers, or the property owner Nicholas Valeriano, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from injury, illness, property damage, or death resulting from participation in training activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in strenuous exercise and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree that if I am injured during training, I assume full responsibility for any medical expenses. I grant permission for emergency medical treatment if necessary.
I understand that this activity takes place on private property and I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Core Calisthenics. I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to it.
