$60 per child/per day

$50 per sibling/per day

 

Camp groups will range from 12–15 children depending on the day and activities planned. On larger camp days, an RBT-certified assistant will be present to help support the group and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all children.

 

What This Form Is For

This form is used to purchase and reserve your child’s summer camp days. 

You can:

• Purchase single-day enrollments

• Purchase 10-day or 20-day bundle packages

• Select your preferred camp dates (located at the bottom of this form)

Discounted rate:
$50 per child ($10 off regular pricing)

 

 BUNDLE PACKAGE INFO 

If your family would like to purchase a 10-date or 20-date bundle package that includes discount camp dates, please email me directly with your proposed dates and I will create a custom payment link with your adjusted discounted pricing included.

 Sibling rates automatically apply at $50 per sibling/day for bundle packages.

EXAMPLE PRICING 

 Example: 10-Date Bundle for One Child 
(Includes 3 Discount Dates)

• 3 discount dates at $50 per child/day
= $150 

• 7 regular camp dates
= $60 per day
= $420

Total = $570

 
If you have already enrolled or purchased a bundle, you are welcome to return to this form at any time to select additional dates, based on availability.

 

Once submitted, your selected dates will reserve your child’s spot for those days.

 
Spots are limited to maintain a small, supportive group environment (see info below purchase selection for enrollment dates reaching capacity - will be updated regularly!)

Complete this form to:

• Pay the $20 registration fee

• Select your camp bundle or preferred camp dates

 

The registration fee helps cover:

• rental space • camp materials • preparation time for activities

Registration fee is non-refundable

 

All payments are non-refundable. Once a single date or bundle package has been selected and payment is submitted, refunds will only be issued if the Lead Teacher cancels the session.

If your child becomes sick or you need to change a date, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to another available day. However, date changes can only be made if the requested day is not already at capacity.

This space provides:

• indoor classroom space

• access to a kitchen for projects and wildcrafting

• a comfortable indoor area when we need shade or a break from the weather

Our goal remains the same as always: spending most of our time outdoors.

Outdoor Exploration
The Gladstone location gives us access to several beautiful outdoor spaces nearby, including:

• Max Patterson Park

• Dahl Beach Park

• Gladstone Natural Wildlife Area

• Elk Rock Island

Some camp days we may meet directly at one of these nearby locations for outdoor adventures. If a drop-off or pick-up location changes for the day, those details will always be posted ahead of time.

A Note About Fern & Fir

Fern & Fir camps are intentionally small, inclusive, and child-centered.

Every child arrives with their own personality, interests, and comfort levels. The questions in this form simply help me get to know your child a little better so I can create a camp environment where they feel safe, supported, and excited to participate.

 This form only takes a few minutes to complete, and your responses help me make Fern & Fir a positive experience for every child who attends.

Regular price: $60/day

40% scholarship → $36/day

 Must register for at least 10 camp days to qualify.

 

 Sliding Scale Option
 
Limited sliding scale spots are available for low-income or single-parent households.

 
Sliding scale range:

$50 – $60 per day/per child

 The following camp dates are already close to reaching capacity (8–11 children enrolled currently). Camp caps at 12–13 children total to maintain small group support and individualized care:

Most Fern & Fir families choose the 10/20-day bundle because it offers the best value and guarantees camp availability throughout the summer.

 

If you dont have all your dates but still want to purchase to secure your spot, please give dates ASAP since some dates are reaching capacity!

 Each day is designed as a stand-alone experience, so you’re welcome to select the dates that work best for your family.

 For enrolled families, a bi-weekly update will be sent with drop-off details, including any location changes for special outings to Elk Rock Island or Dahl’s Beach Park.

Getting to Know Your Child (optional)

Every child comes to camp with their own personality, interests, and comfort levels. These questions help me create an environment where your child can feel comfortable, supported, and excited to explore.

🌊 Water Comfort Level

On warm days we may visit nearby water areas such as Dahl Beach Park for supervised water play. Even if your child is an avid swimmer and doesn't need a life vest, water any deeper than 6 feet will not be permitted! I'll be sending a water play waiver after you submit your dates and register.

Fern & Fir will supply back up life vests, but please bring your own custom sized life vest to ensure safety!
