This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for dog waste removal services provided by Community Clean LLC.
1. Service Description
Community Clean LLC provides residential dog waste removal services. Service frequency will be determined during signup and may include:
• Weekly Service
• Twice Per Week Service
• Bi-Weekly Service
• One-Time Cleanup
Service days are assigned based on our route schedule and exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
2. Initial Cleanup
Properties with excessive dog waste buildup may require a first-time cleanup fee before recurring service begins.
This allows the yard to be reset to a manageable condition.
3. Billing & Payment
Recurring services are billed automatically through our billing system.
Customers agree to automatic billing based on their selected service plan.
Payments may be processed:
• Weekly
• Monthly
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Yard Accessibility
Customers must ensure the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day.
If we cannot access the yard due to:
• Locked gates
• Blocked access
• Unsafe conditions
the visit will be skipped and may still be charged since time has been reserved for your property.
5. Dog Safety
For the safety of our technicians, aggressive dogs must be secured during service visits.
Community Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk.
The customer is responsible for ensuring dogs are properly contained.
6. Gate & Fence Policy
Community Clean technicians will take reasonable care when entering and exiting gates.
However, Community Clean LLC is not responsible for gate failures, damaged latches, or dogs escaping due to faulty gates or fencing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring gates and fences are secure.
7. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed due to:
• Severe weather
• Snow or ice
• Flooded yards
• Unsafe conditions
If service is postponed, cleanup will occur on the next scheduled visit.
No refunds are issued for weather-related delays.
8. Waste Disposal
Collected dog waste will typically be placed in the customer’s outdoor trash receptacle unless otherwise arranged.
9. Holiday Schedule
Service may be adjusted during major holidays. Customers will be notified if scheduling changes occur.
10. Cancellation
Service may be canceled at any time with 24 hours notice prior to the next scheduled visit.
Failure to provide notice may result in one final service charge.
11. Liability
Community Clean LLC is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by unsafe yard conditions
• Hidden hazards in the yard
• Pre-existing lawn damage
• Injury caused by customer’s pets
Customers assume responsibility for maintaining a safe yard environment.
12. Agreement Acceptance
By signing up for service, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
