TORC 2026 Media Registration

Saturday, May 30, 2025, at Marina Green Park in Long Beach, CA.

Media registration is available for all working media companies with editorial media event coverage. Social media influencers/accounts with 2K or more active followers will be considered. The registration application will be reviewed once it is received.

Please note: Auto parts manufacturers, this form isn't for you.

No drone use anywhere in the sky over the venue. Please follow all show guidelines and rules listed HERE.

** Photographers who intend their photos for re-sell purposes, please contact registration(at)toyotaclub.org for a permission.

MEDIA CREDENTIALS will be e-mailed to you prioir to the show. Credentials must be on hand at the time of your arrival to this event.

In consideration of the right to participate in 29th ALL TOYOTAFEST entrants, by execution of this registration form release and discharge Joy International LLC, Toyota Owner's and Restorer's Club, TORC, All Toyotafest, its officials, members and staff and City of Long Beach,its officials and members, and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known damages, injuries or judgments and/or claims from any case that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the fore mentioned entities, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from conduct of entrants or any participant cooperating with or under direct control of entrants.

I have read and agree to all Rules and Conditions governing this event, including the PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on the event grounds, inluding the time of releasing vehicles could be 4pm, and 2023 Cancelation Policy with no refund. I agree to observe all rules and decisions of event management.

Any possible photograph or video exposure of my vehicles and acompanies on media publications permitted by any type of attended media is permitted. I understand that this submission of the form does not guarantee my entry until all my entry information is reviewed.

The State of California recommends that when you visit large events such as ALL TOYOTAFEST, you be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, obtain a negative COVID-19 test result prior to visiting, or wear a face covering. Guests who are not fully vaccinated should wear a face covering during their visit. Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
