Timeframes for Reports

Our clinicians maintain full clinical caseloads, and as such Oodles Therapy has established standard timeframes for the completion and delivery of reports. Please refer to the link below for further information regarding these timeframes.

If you require a report more urgently, please contact our intake team at admin@oodlestherapy.com.au or 0476 111 610 to discuss your request. While we will do our best to assist, we are unable to guarantee that reports can be completed within shorter timeframes.

Cost of Reports

Oodles Therapy provides an upfront guide outlining the estimated costs associated with different types of reports. Please note that this serves as a general guide only.

We will not exceed the quoted amount without first contacting you to obtain your consent. If the full allocated time is not required, you will be charged a lower amount accordingly.

Comprehensive Autism Report	10 hours
Assistive Technology Report	Dependent on complexity

ECEI/NDIS participants are charged at M6 and/or MM7 rates, dependent on location (MM6 rates for reporting hours for all participants).
Private clients are charged at a rate of $250 per hour.
All clients are only charged for work completed; hours will not be used if not required.
