Important Things to Know
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be finalised 7 DAYS BEFORE your event date. All balloon packages include installation. Delivery fees are calculated based on your event location and the size of the installation. OUTDOOR INSTALLATIONS: Please note that balloons and heat or direct sunlight do not mix. While outdoor setups can be accommodated, particularly during warmer months, we CANNOT guarantee the longevity or condition of balloons exposed to these elements.
