2. * Tuition and Fees must be 30 days current to be put on Roster (8/1/26 bill). *
Otherwise >Student Name goes on Waitlist until Tuition is Current.
3. * You will receive CONFIRMATION of your Student's Enrollment from the ASEP Director prior to their attendance.
4. * IF A CLASS IS FILLED, SIGN UP AND PAY. * -->If the ASEP Director cannot get your student a slot, a REFUND will be made.

** PICK-UP POLICY FOR NON-BUS RIDERS:
1. Program ends at 5:30pm.
2. Please pick up in the fire lane in front of school (off Davidson St).
3. If students are not picked up by 5:30pm, a late fee is charged ($1.00/minute), per the Brookstone Parent Handbook.
^^ Students participating in special performances (Christmas and Easter) will be dismissed at 4:50pm. ^^
COST: $100 / STUDENT [81 Days = $1.23/day per student]
1. Spots are limited per grade.
2. Spots are first-come, first-served.
3. If spots are filled, your student is placed on a waitlist. A refund will be issued if your student is not placed in a class.
