Carolina Gold Athletics develops athletes on and off the court by identifying potential, building character, and producing disciplined student-athletes through structure, accountability, and consistent development.
• Emphasis on defensive pressure, team execution, and basketball IQ
• Playing time is earned through effort, attendance, and execution of the game plan
• Respect and sportsmanship are expected from players and families
• Parents are encouraged to support positively from the stands while allowing coaches to coach
