    Royalty Crossing – Guest Services Screen Advertising

    1. Advertising Platform
    Advertising displayed on the Guest Services screens at Royalty Crossing provides businesses with digital exposure to mall visitors through rotating promotional content.

    2. Ad Placement & Duration
    Ads are displayed on a rotating schedule with other advertisements and mall content.
    Standard advertising terms include weekly, monthly, 2-monthly and 3-monthly
    The number of daily displays is not guaranteed but will be reasonably distributed throughout operating hours and will have a minimum time of 5 minutes per hour

    3.Content Requirements
    All submitted advertisements must:
    a) Be professional and suitable for a family-friendly public environment.
    b) Comply with all applicable Canadian advertising laws and regulations.
    c) Not contain offensive, discriminatory, political, illegal, or misleading content.
    d) Be provided in the required digital format ratio 16:9
    e) Management reserves the right to reject or request revisions to any advertisement. 


    4. Approval Process
    All advertisements are subject to review and approval before being displayed.
    Advertisers must submit content by the stated deadline prior to the campaign start date. Changes to approved ads may require additional approval and processing time. Please provide all content within 5 business days of the advertisment start date.


    5. Payment Terms
    Full payment may be required before the advertisement is scheduled.
    Pricing and packages are determined by Royalty Crossing management.
    Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of ad placement.


    6. Liability
    Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.
    Royalty Crossing is not responsible for any claims resulting from the advertisement content.
    The mall is not liable for temporary display interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.


    7. Cancellations & Changes
    Cancellation requests must be submitted before the campaign start date.
    Once the campaign has begun, refunds may not be provided.
    Management reserves the right to remove ads that violate these terms.


    8. Technical Issues
    In the event of system outages or screen malfunctions, reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly. Advertising time lost due to technical issues may be rescheduled at management’s discretion.


    9. Right to Refuse Advertising
    Management reserves the right to refuse, remove, or suspend any advertisement at its sole discretion.

     

    10. Tenant Protection Clause
    To protect the interests of current tenants at Royalty Crossing, advertisements promoting businesses, services, or products located off mall property that directly compete with or conflict with an existing tenant may be declined or removed at the sole discretion of mall management.
