DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits are non-refundable and your booking is only secured once a deposit has been sent.
By accepting this booking, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance agreed on the day cash or 4 weeks via invoice prior to the performance.
CANCELLATIONS
If the wedding is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date, the full agreed remaining balance remains payable. The artist reserves the right to pursue any unpaid fees through appropriate channels if payment is not received as agreed to recover the outstanding amount.
In the event of an highly unlikely illness, accident or circumstances beyond control, the artist will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement.
SONGS
A song’s list can be provided as a rough guide (songs can be requested if not already on the list but cannot be added after the final consultation). Not all songs can be guaranteed, any non-generic songs / specific requests for ceremonies need to be stated as soon as possible to ensure the artist can source the right backing track if available.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
Agreements in relation to the whole booking (venue / start times / singing sets will take place at the agreement already made and any changes must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional fees.
For performances a safe performance space & a power supply must be required indoors & outdoors (the artist can have a wireless equipment set up for ceremonies & small guest numbers for outdoors). For outdoor performances - the artist reserves the right to not perform if the equipment safety may be compromised due to bad weather (unless alternative to indoors is an option).
LIABILITY
The artist holds valid public liability insurance. The artist is not liable for any injuries, damages or accidents that may occur as a result of the use or presence of their equipment during the event. All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure safety but responsibility for guest conduct remains with the client.
PHOTOGRAPHY / CONTENT
The artist may use photographs / short clip videos from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
EXTRA COSTS
If overnight accommodation is required and/or flights- these costs need to be covered by the client and will be added on top of the quotation. Responsibility of this lies with the client and any changes of prices in relation to prices need to be covered by the client.
