Game Rules
1. Game time will be 10 minutes; no extra time will be added on.
2. Pitch dimension 25 meters long by 15 meters wide.
3. Goal dimension 1.5 meters wide by 1 meter high.
4. No goalkeepers, players are not allowed to stand in the goal area when they are defending which is 1.5 meter wide and 0.5 deep. Referee will give one warning in the first couple rounds till all players are on board. Any further infringements during the first couple rounds will result in the opposition team receiving a penalty kick which will be taken from the halfway line with no one on the goal. Goal area lines are deemed as encroaching.
5. From round 3 and onwards penalty will be awarded straight away if a defending player encroaches into the goal area. Attacking players are allowed to encroach the goal area that they are attacking.
6. Teams can have 4 players on the team sheet.
7. 3 players on the field.
8. Unlimited substitutions allowed however substitution can only be made when there is a stoppage in play i.e. free kick, corner kick, goal kick etc.
9. No throw-ins, side ball to be taken from the ground.
10. Goals can’t be scored directly from a throw in, the ball must touch an player (opposition or own) to be deemed as a gaol.
11. All free kicks are direct free kicks and goals will be allowed from it.
12. Goal kicks may be taken from any point on the endline.
13. In all dead ball situations, defending players must stand at least 2 meters away from the ball. If the defensive player's goal area is closer than 2meters, the ball shall be pulled back to create a 2-meter gap.
14. Soccer boots allowed.
15. Slide tackle allowed.
16. Games will be scored according to the following: 3 points for a win; 1 point for a tie; 0 points for a loss
17. After the conclusion of the group stage games, the final will be played between teams that finished 1st and 2nd in the group
stage, third place game will be played between teams that finished 3rd and 4th in the group stage.
18. If the games (Final and Third Place) finish in a draw penalties are to take place, each team to have 3 penalties from the middle of the pitch, if it’s still a tie penalties will be taken in turn till there is a winner.
19. Trophy and medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd after the conclusion of final and third place games.
