    Q: Are these classes for beginners?

    A: Absolutely! These classes are for women of ALL LEVELS, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your workouts to the next level. Everyone is welcome here. Beginners will take modifications, do fewer reps, and use light weight or bodyweight, and pracrtice getting the form down. The stronger and more experienced you become, the heavier you can go with your dumbbells.

     

    Q: What if I can't attend the live workouts?

    A: No worries! All live workouts are recorded, and uploaded to Patreon within an hour of class ending, so you can do them at your convenience.

     

    Q: Do I need a gym membership to participate?

    A: Nope! You can do all the workouts from home with basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands. Some women like to do my classes from the gym when they are rready for access to heavier dumbbells.

     

    Q: What do I need for these classes?

    A: You will need a fabric resistance band (booty band), a workout bench or chair, and whatever dumbbells you have.
