Young Farmer of the Year Award 2026

The Young Farmer of the Year Award is open to all members of a Young Farmers' Club affiliated to NFYFC.

This award is focused on celebrating the young people involved in agriculture who are promoting good practice in the sector. We are looking for a YFC member who works safely and encourages others to do the same, has implemented new ideas and is a strong ambassador for British food and farming.

Whether you're changing mindsets through promoting positive messages about food and farming on social media or getting involved in industry initiatives such as Farmer Time, we want to hear how you're championing British food and farming.

Safer farming measures could include your support of others' mental wellbeing, as well as practical on farm safety examples.

This entry can be made by anyone from the club or via a nomination from someone connected to YFC. You can also enter yourself for the award.
